Camp Plan from Judy Szabo from Centennial District, Foxlease Division,
Calgary Area
All leaders are to purchase or come up with a maid outfit.
This is the general outline of the camp.
Tracey has agreed to be our "TRAY LADY" where she will dress very
fancy and present a invitation card on a silver tray to each room telling the
girls what to do next and all the details (where to go, how much, what to wear
etc). She will dress in a different outfit with each presentation.

Friday
- Arrival
- Hand out bunk stars, passport for the weekend, ATM card, nametags
- Girls are to sign the mini "WALK OF STARS" that will be used all
weekend
- Make a purse*
- Hand out the money that is be used for everything
- Champagne and Strawberry reception ( Snacks will be served by the MAIDS on
trays through out the event while the girls play games)*
- Hay ride campfire.*
- Put chocolates on the pillows and a small poem on cards.
- Movie
Saturday
- Fitness Trainer Olga*
- Jet Set to Belgium for Breakfast (waffles, strawberries, whip cream)*
- Spa round robin (girls are to wear their robes for this. Magazines are to
be available to read and relax. Relaxing music to be playing in the
background).*
- Facials (on lounge chairs with masks, cucumber slices).
- Nail polish centre and foot soak
- Healing stones. (on lounge chairs girls to get heated rocks wrapped in
towels laid on their backs)
- Massage centre. Girls are to make their choice of scented oil and
leaders are to give girls a hand massage.
- Making a neck warmer or camp hat crafts
- Jet set to England for a fox hunt.*
- Jet set to Italy for lunch. (mini pizzas)*
- Crafting session ( decorate and paint wooden locker mirrors with jewels
etc) and to make necklaces for the evening*
- Preparations for skits (Lights, Camera, Action.) Each group to be given
different skit ideas.*
- Perform the skits
- Frisbee Golf outdoors*
- Jet Set to New York for Dinner*
- Primp up for the evening Red Carpet Walk.* Each girl to be given 4 to 6
garbage bags and duct tape and they must create own outfit. There will be a
hair and make up centre to do this as well. Older girls are to help all the
younger ones. Give each girl a candy ring to show off as well.
- Leaders are to get ready for the red carpet and Oscars while girls get
ready.
- Girls are to walk down the red carpet while leaders snap pictures for the
flash effect. They are to pose and wave as they are walking into the Oscar
Theater. Like a photo shoot
- Presentation of the Oscars with leaders entertaining in between awards.
- See if you can find someone to come and teach the girls how to Salsa
dance.
- Dancing and Karaoke.
- Glow in the Dark Animal safari outdoors. Like a scavenger hunt to look for
glow in the dark sticks with an Alpha clue at each one. Girls are to collect
Alpha clues and unscramble message.
- Chocolate on the pillow and another poem.
- Campfire
- Bedtime
Sunday
- Sleep in a bit.
- Tray lady to bring warm facecloths and announce yoga session in PJ. She
will do this in curlers in the hair, bath robe, mask on face, etc
- Yoga § Breakfast in PJ (European Continental Breakfast)
- Parents are to come and pack up the girls' belongings to go with the
theme.
Pathfinder group to be hired to earn $$ to clean the camp for us.
- Charity Auction. Girls are to be allowed to withdraw $$ for auction if
they need money.
- Guides Own and Thank yous
- Lunch Make you own Sandwich bar.
- Home time
