Five Senses Game for Brownies

Game to teach Brownies and Guides about senses

Give each girl a copy of a five senses chart ( similar to one below)

Set up stations around the room where the five senses will be experienced (pictures, music, instruments, fabrics, treats, jars of various things to smell)

Have the girls move about the room and sit at the stations for a short time

The girls write what they think fits beside the sense shown on the chart

Afterwards - discuss the five senses and how important they are, and start having the girls think about people who may not have one of the senses and how hard it is to adjust to not having one.
